10/29/17
  • Once again this year, a Giving Tree resides in the front right-hand side of the church. We are collecting gloves, scarves, hats, and socks for those in need. If you are able, please consider donating one or some of these items by bringing them to St. Ann's on upcoming Mass days.
  • This upcoming Wednesday, November 1st, is All Saints Day, a Holy Day of Obligation. Mass will not be held at St. Ann's on this day; please attend Mass at another parish.  Here are some local parishes and their Mass times:
    • St. John in Montello - 8:00 a.m.
    • Good Shepherd in Westfield - 5:15 p.m.
    • St. Joseph in Adams - 6:30 p.m.
    • St. Mary in Portage - 12:00 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.
    • St. Mary in Briggsville - 7:00 p.m.
    • St. Cecilia in Wisconsin Dells - 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
  • Thursday, November 2nd, is the Feast of All Souls. On this day, we commemorate through prayer all those who have departed us. St. John in Montello will be holding Mass at 8:00 a.m.  Please consult other parishes for their Mass times.
  • Throughout November, the Catholic community prays for all souls in purgatory who have not yet been able to join Our Father in Heaven.  During your daily prayers, keep all these souls in your thoughts, and pray that God may forgive their sins.

8/19/17

  • We were welcomed to Mass by Msgr. Hebl today! He has returned to St. Ann's and will continue to help with the Masses on a day-to-day basis.  We all enjoyed having him celebrate with us once again, and we pray for his continued recovery.

8/12/17
  • On Tuesday, August 15, the Church will celebrate the Assumption of Mary.  Please honor this Holy Day of Obligation by attending mass at the parish that you have registered with.
7/16/17
  • Just a reminder - there will not be Mass this weekend on Saturday, July 22, 2017 at St. Ann's.  Mass will resume at St. Ann's on Saturday, July 29, 2017.
  • Please keep Msgr. Hebl in your prayers.  He has returned home from the hospital, but it may be a few months before he can return to celebrate Mass with us.  We pray for his health, strength, will, and strong recovery.
7/8/17
  • We will not be celebrating Mass on Saturday, July 22, 2017 at St. Ann's due to no available priest.  Please visit another church to celebrate God's word.  We welcome you back the following week.
  • Thank you to everyone who helped pick up branches around the church premises after Mass today.  Your service and help reflects the power of following in God's footsteps outside of Mass.
  • St. Ann's Oratory is in great need of a housekeeping and landscaping committee that will manage the maintenance operations of the Church.  This committee will need to research, contact, schedule, and present a budget for a landscaping service to Fr. Francis at St. Joseph as soon as possible.  Also, this committee will be in charge of cleaning and day-to-day operations including dusting, vacuuming, and general housekeeping.  As St. Ann's belongs to all of us, we must come together to maintain a clean and inviting space for all of us to share and gather in.  We understand that busy schedules and other obstacles present challenges to all, but the more of us that come together to offer whatever assistance that we can, the faster and easier these tasks will be accomplished.  As the saying goes, "a little goes a long way", and in God's eyes, no matter how small the service, all good deeds will be rewarded in His kingdom.
6/19/17
  • On Saturday, June 24th, Father Francis would like to meet with the Board of Trustees of St. Ann's and whomever else would like to attend to share concerns, ideas, and thoughts.  This will take place following the 4:00 p.m. Mass.
  • We are in need of Mass Stipends/Intentions ($10.00 per intention).  Please give to Father Francis or mail to PO Box 310, Adams, WI 53910.
  • If you or others you know would be willing to help volunteer at St. Ann's (yard work, etc.), please contact us.  Our church would greatly appreciate your stewardship.
5/23/17
  • This Saturday, May 27, 2017, we will hold a special Memorial Day Mass outdoors, if the weather permits.  In case of inclement weather, Mass will be held indoors as usual.
5/8/17
  • For those members of St. Ann's who have offered to help with various ministries, such as opening and closing the church on Saturday afternoon, reading (serving when necessary), ushers and the like, there is a new schedule in the sacristy that runs April through August, 2017.  Please pick up a copy of the schedule along with a Contact List.
  • Please update your address and phone number on the CONTACT INFORMATION UPDATE SHEET also in the sacristy.  We have had many changes take place at St. Ann's in the past several months and it would be most helpful to have this information.
  • Per the flyer that was included with the bulletin a couple of weeks ago, we are still in great need of help with various ministries here at St. Ann's Oratory.  Please contact Barb Senes at 608-335-0197 if you can assist with any of these ministries.
